  1. This is the privacy policy for when you are using the Lemac Affiliate Portal. It tells you:
    1. what information we might collect about you;
    2. how we might use that information;
    3. when we might use your details to contact you;
    4. what, if any, information of yours we might share with others; and
    5. your choices about the personal information you give us.
  2. We’re committed to keeping your information safe. At the same time, no service can guarantee to be completely secure. If you have any concerns that your Lemac Affiliate account or personal information has been put at risk, please get in touch straight away.

    1. Information that you give to us such as name and contact details; and
    2. technical device information - such as IP address, device ID, App ID – from computers, tablets, web browsers and mobile phones.
  4. When you give us any personal information, we will only hold your information for as long as we need it to facilitate your use of the Lemac Affiliate Portal or for as long as we otherwise have a valid reason to keep it.

    1. to facilitate your use of the Lemac Affiliate Portal and to provide you with information about it;
    2. to send you email correspondence with news and/or notices about the Lemac Affiliate Portal; and
    3. to handle any requests, complaints or enquiries from you about your use of the Lemac Affiliate Portal.

    1. any updates or changes to the Lemac Affiliate Policies and Lemac Affiliate Agreement terms;
    2. to answer you when you have contacted us, or to respond to a complaint; and
    3. to send you notices or notifications on your device about Lemac Affiliate.

    1. request a copy of your information; and
    2. to ask us to correct information that is wrong, to delete it or to request that we only use it for certain purposes.
